FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Xpill is meant to do what is best and most pertinent for you. Because the Xpill is what you make it, it’s really an individually designed product with endless possibilities. People have used it for goal setting, commitments, health, intuition and surrender. Keep in mind that at its core the experience is programmed for truth. (See this video for how the Xpill was created based on the Matrix red pill, which offers the truth). So if you are in full alignment with the intention (your words, emotion, visualization are alignment with your own system capacity), then things can happen quickly. If not, then the experience may show you what’s in the way, or in some cases, offer something better.
We aren’t here to tell you whether or not you should take the Xpill. What we can do is provide reasons why others have decided to take it. (See the Xpill book, and the page of testimonials). We have observed through various Xpillers that the Xpill allows us to move straight to the root of an issue or straight to our desire. We are able to connect more deeply to the emotions surrounding our desires. From clearing a desk calendar to moving to Puerto Rico, the Xpill has been a catalyst in spurring people to action where they may have been missing it for years.
500mg Non-GMO rice powder, Gelantin (capsule), Titanium Oxide (color), FD&C Red #3, FD&C Blue #1.
People have found it still works when you open the capsule and put the powder into water.
It’s not necessarily about feeling anything differently as much as it is about feeling what is in alignment based on your Xpill statement (“By taking this Xpill, I _____”). Almost everyone has had very distinct feelings and reactions to taking the Xpill. Some feel elated, some feel joy. Others have felt nervous, hot or nauseous. None of these are bad. They are simply a feedback mechanism and you get to make your own meaning from them. Since there are no active ingredients in the pill, it’s completely being generated in your own mind and body.
Yes! Though we do recommend only one pill at a time, and to stay on that intention until you either realize the full value of it, or (through the experience), you have more clarity on how to modify the intention.
Well, first of all, unless you’re asking about air, water and food, you don’t need anything! So it’s more about what you want to do. Some people have only taken it once and had a big breakthrough. Others take it every day for the same intention until they have gotten their use from it. For example, one woman used it to write an hour a day every day until her screenplay was done. Others use it everyday to surrender to the divine. We recommend experimenting to see what works best for you.
Up to you! The possibilities are endless, so why not keep going? It’s a device for commitment, accessing your intuition, breaking through procrastination, and so many other things. And it’s also a feedback mechanism. If it doesn’t “work” for you, often you have an experience of what’s in the way of your intention, and then it’s up to you if you want to face that.
We used to think it simply doesn’t work for some people. Who knows if that’s true or not, but here’s an interesting story we received from someone who took the Xpill 3 times before it finally worked for her (and considering many medications can take weeks to work, three is a pretty short amount of time. Check out this story and notice how she doubles down on her commitment:
“I’d like to share my X-Pill story! I am 60 years old, female. All my life I have struggled with self-sabotage and procrastination that has stopped me from fulfilling all my desires and even from keeping on top of basic routine tasks. Its hard to describe, but it’s like some invisible force inside my head destroying every intention, and the constant battle is frustrating and exhausting . Every day I wake up with good intentions, every day descends into chaos and unfulfilled to-do lists.
Last week in desperation I took an X-Pill for “Perfect organisation of time and work to ensure calm, uncluttered efficiency.” Nothing happened, so later in the day I took a further 4! In the evening I watched a tv drama about a woman confronting a man towards whom she had felt acute hatred and anger for many years for killing her son. In hearing his story she realised he was a victim himself and forgave him. I suddenly felt huge forgiveness myself towards someone who had harmed me when I was very young and I had a powerful emotional cathartic release of immense tears at realising that none of it had been about me or my fault. I’d always known that intellectually, but my body finally released the trauma physically. I understood in that moment that the awfulness and shame at what had happened to me back then was all about my perpetrator and he could have it back! It was really nothing to do with me and I was happy to walk away from it all forever.
The next day I woke up and the mind-controlling saboteur in my head was gone for the first time in my life. Now I have finished to-do lists, gone to business meetings, really moved forward professionally and personally more in one week than in the last 10 years, simply by being able to pick up the phone, plan things, decide things, commit to things, meet with people. I feel like I have broken free from the jailer in my head and now I can do whatever I do. The liberation and lightness is indescribable. All I asked for from the X-Pill was achievement in being efficient; my mind went right to the very origins of why I self-sabotage and led me to release from my past. Wow! I feel like I can do anything I want now. I’m back in the driving seat and well and truly in charge. Thank you, thank you.”

This is really up to you and your doctor.
Yes, it’s certainly okay, but we’ve found there’s a lot of power in having witnesses. It turns up the energy because now you have people with you who can support you, hold you accountable, and also it makes it more real. When we do it by ourselves, it sometimes feels like a dream, like it didn’t really happen. This is for a big Xpill take, for the daily ones may use it alone, and some gather in online groups and take it at the same time (such as via Zoom).
Belief is not required. You just have to have the willingness to try it out and find out. It’s an experiment.
It’s yours, so you can use it however you’d like. We make no claims whatsoever about what it can do, because you are creating your own experience (and there are no active ingredients). We recommend setting an intention or asking an inquiry. It’s all described in the process when you sign up.
None that we know of, unless you know you have a reaction to the clearly stated ingredients. That said, when people set an intention with pill it can bring up all kinds of different feelings – excitement, fear, anxiety, heat. (If you get the urge to show up without clothes on casual Friday at work, this is probably not a side effect of the pill. We will not take responsibility for this.)
If you’ve taken gelatin capsule pills before and you’ve had brown rice, then you should be fine. That said, if you have any concern, contact your doctor.
It’s all explained in the book, but in summary, it combines the hypnotic power placing an intention into a process, and then literally putting it in your body. It’s a symbol of change that you can’t take back, which is a very powerful act of commitment. While it applies the science of placebos to self-help, we don’t consider it an actual placebo because that’s a very generic term, and most of it is based on an act of deception (until recently). We consider it an inert pill, used with conscious intention.
You don’t. You also don’t need a Ferrari, but would you turn down the experience of driving a Ferrari? A pill makes it a very tangible experience. It helps create a habit of intention setting. And there’s something powerful about literally putting it inside your body.
You don’t have to use the Xpill. Some people use their supplements, or even tic tacs. We’ve found through our own experience that having a pill that has no effect and is only used for your intention makes it a focused, powerful, even sacred experience. And there’s also the community and support we give through the process.
It’s your pill. You can do whatever you want with it. It’s up to you to experiment. We just want to be clear that there are no promises except that it’s safe on a biochemical level, provided you have no problem with the ingredients (see label).
We recommend you do not stop your current regimen without consulting your doctor.
Not that we know of. That doesn’t mean you’ll get it! We believe the value of intention setting is not to get things as much as it is to learn. Failure can be an even greater teacher than success. It’s a feedback loop of learning.
The only way you know it’s “working” is if you personally are enjoying the experience and getting value out of it.
We’ve found that what’s most important is the feeling behind it. Our conscious mind pays attention to the wording while our unconscious mind pays attention to the feeling. You can experiment with the wording, making it more specific or open-ended and seeing what works for you. That said, there are more guidelines we provide with the experience packages. For example, we recommend you do not take the Xpill as a negative (what you don’t want). And we also recommend using the present tense as much as possible. For example, “I will write a book.” (which can be any time in the future) vs. “I write my book and complete it in 30 days.”
Absolutely. You can make an inquiry, and then notice what happens. We call this an “Intuition take.”
You don’t, but we highly recommend it. Having someone hear your intention, offer feedback, and tell you how it feels can be very helpful. Just make sure you’re careful about being influenced. They may have their own agenda (even if positive), but the truth is it’s your pill.
Great question. We’ve found there is always something to learn. What if we really don’t want it? What if there’s something better ahead? What if we have a negative association with it from the past that we have not understood? Get curious!
